The department of Technical Services is responsible for technology infrastructure and technical support for the University of Portland. We are committed to providing a high performing, reliable and secure computing environment. We manage the following service areas: A/V & Media, Accounts & Network Access, Communication and Calendaring, Information Security, Infrastructure and Support Services. The University Help Desk and Media Services fall under this directorate. The Technical Services team is comprised of dedicated technical professionals ready to meet your technology needs with the highest level of customer service.
