There are multiple options for getting to your service site.
Riding Your Bike
Riding your bike is a great way to get to your service site. If you don't have a bike on campus, Recreational Services has bikes available for checkout through Beauchamp Recreational and Wellness Center.
Visit the City of Portland's Office of Transportation site for bike maps.
Using Public Transportation
Portland has a very effective public transportation system by way of TriMet buses and light rail (MAX). Buses #35 and #44 come right next to campus.
The University of Portland has car sharing options available. Cars can be picked up on campus or at various locations around the city.

Moreau Center Vehicles
The Moreau Center has six vehicles available to check out for University of Portland volunteer use. The vehicles can be reserved for the Portland Metro area only and are for community service only. They are available seven days a week with priority given to Moreau Center programs. To reserve a vehicle or for questions, contact the Moreau Center at 503.943.7132 (x7132) or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Be sure to have your driver form on file at Public Safety before your trip.
