Summer Conference Assistants play an integral role to the daily management and operations of camps and conferences at the University. They assist with conference preparations, facilities management, peer support, administrative tasks, and guest relations.
Summer RAs are important members of the summer residence hall staff team, which is charged with providing guidance and support for all residential students in the summer residence hall. RAs assist in the development of a positive community environment, invest in the lives of students both educationally and spiritually, and are leaders in the hall community through a ministry of presence and role modeling. Only academic-year RAs are eligible for this summer position.
