IES Student Credits

  • Credit balance refunds for students participating in the IES program will be requested on the second day of the University semester or the second day of the IES program; whichever occurs later
  • The refund request will be processed and the refund direct deposited or mailed the Friday after the request is made
  • Anticipated financial aid will not be refunded until it has disbursed to the Student Account so it is important to complete all financial aid paperwork before the priority deadline. (See financial aid for more information.)
  • Funds might not be released by Student Accounts before the IES payment is due. It is the student's responsibility to make arrangements and/or make payment to IES according to the IES deadline
  • TMS monthly payment plans may not be available for students in the semester(s) they are participating in the IES program. Please contact the Student Accounts office for more information
