Student Jobs are posted via the HireTouch online job board. Student Employees will need to create an applicant profile and apply for all jobs electronically.
All Student Employees need to complete the required hiring paperwork before working on campus. This includes the federal I9 form, federal W4 forms and a student employment agreement.
Student employees are required to enter hours worked online and submit timesheets each pay period before the deadlines published by the Payroll Office.
Students are paid on the 10th and 25th of each month. Students are required to sign up for Direct Deposit to help facilitate receiving their paycheck faster.
For each student employee to perform to the best of their ability, it is important that they receive the necessary training for each position they hold.
